Guidelines and Reminders
We are making final preparations to honor our graduating seniors at Friday night’s ceremony. Please carefully read the following guidelines and reminders concerning this event.
Parking-- There will be no parking allowed behind the High School. Our entire front parking lot will be available, but it will fill quickly.
We will provide golf cart shuttle service from the front lot for handicap or elderly individuals only.
We urge everyone to carpool if possible, as parking is limited on campus.
Procedures for entering baseball field and ceremony--
It is essential that your entire group (up to 10 guests) be present at the time entrance. We ask that you enter as a group and remain together in your designated box (chosen by your family on a first come, first serve basis) for the duration of the evening.
The gate for ticketed entrance is the service gate on the 3rd base side of the field. That gate will open at 6:00 pm. Please have all tickets ready as you approach the gate.
12 x 10 foot boxes will be painted on the field to help maintain physical distance between families. While on the field, please stay in your chosen designated box with your family/group.
Remember, all guests need to bring their own lawn chairs and/or blankets. The school will not provide chairs for guests.
When ticketed guests are waiting in line to enter the field, please maintain at least 6 feet of distance between your group and others.
The entire ceremony will be professionally live streamed and you may take pictures from the outfield.
Restrooms will be available at the cook shack behind home plate and in the building (signs will be provided).
We encourage you to wear a mask or face covering, but they are not required.
Upon leaving the ceremony we ask that you maintain the same social distancing guidelines as above and not congregate with the graduates.
